A Workshop was conducted for all the teachers by Expert from USA. It was based on healthy life style and work profile. Ms. Baeki conducted the same. Various moulding techniques were explained for the betterment of teaching and the future moulding of students.

There is no greater calling than to teach young minds. I believe that excellence in education is aided by creating a learning environment in which all stakeholders are supported in maximizing their potential and talents. The first century poet Virgil said,” They are able because they think they are able”. I think this is the basic philosophy of education. We the Ezarians believe in demonstrating care and commitment to academic excellence in a secure and safe environment. Our consideration is always in the best interest of the students and continuous school improvement. Education needs to be tailored to the individual student. I think every Principal and staff should work together to help their students achieve self-discipline, self-control and respect for everyone’s rights. Education is a continuous and fascinating journey, not a destination. By working together, let us produce a learning environment that is exciting, innovative and creative for our students equipping them to face the challenges of the 21st century.
